Micropeels

Micropeels are in-office skin care peel treatments by SkinCeuticals® that we offer here at Sharma Plastic Surgery. These Micropeels offer minimal to no downtime. They are meant for all different skin types, even sensitive skin.

You may get a peel every 4-6 weeks and a series of 4-6 treatments are recommended for significant improvement. These peels are used to stimulate cell turnover in order to strengthen the skin’s structure to reduce pigmentation, smooth skin texture, and improve radiance.

Micropeels are also effective in reducing acne, decreasing oil, and enhancing surface exfoliation to decongest clogged pores. The whole procedure lasts about 30 minutes and includes dermaplaning of the face and other customizations according to the patient’s skin type.

We offer are 2 levels of Micropeels:

MICROPEEL PLUS – This first level peel is contains 20-30% salicylic acid and is best used for treatment of the following:

Acne,
Post-Inflammatory Pigmentations,
Rough Texture,
Blotchiness,
Fine Lines
Pores

MICROPEEL – This second level peel also contains 20-30% salicylic acid and is best used for the following:

Fine Lines and Wrinkles
